Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from individuals requesting Medicare guidance
Understand each caller’s needs and explain available plan options
Communicate benefits and rules in clear, simple language
Record information accurately in internal systems
Follow established quality and compliance processes
Maintain a supportive, professional approach on every call
Qualification
Required
Previous sales or customer‑service experience preferred
Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced setting
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to complete state licensing (we assist with this)
Strong ethical and professional conduct
Preferred
Have customer‑facing or sales experience (call center, retail, solar, telecom, auto, etc.)
Communicate clearly and confidently
Are comfortable speaking with seniors
Can follow procedures and maintain accuracy
Are reliable, organized, and self‑motivated in a remote environment
