Responsibilities

Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and harness installation for residential/commercial/central air conditioning units
Follow electrical wiring diagrams and work instructions to complete terminal crimping, harness assembly, and circuit connections
Use tools such as multimeters and test pens to verify continuity, insulation performance, and electrical safety
Support troubleshooting and rework during debugging (e.g., shorts, loose connections, miswiring) to ensure product quality
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with 5S

Qualification

Low-Voltage Electrician LicenseElectrical wiringWiring diagramsHand tools proficiencyBasic electrical conceptsSafety mindsetPatientDetail-oriented

Required

Middle school diploma or above; electrical/mechatronics/electronics background preferred
Able to read basic electrical wiring diagrams and schematic diagrams
Proficient with hand tools (wire strippers, crimping tools, soldering iron, etc.)
Solid knowledge of basic electrical concepts (AC/DC circuits, insulation checks, safety practices)
Patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive work; strong safety mindset
Must hold a valid Low-Voltage Electrician License/Certification (or equivalent electrical work certificate required by local regulations)

Preferred

Refrigeration-related certification and/or welding certification is a plus
