Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of medium-to-large engineering or product development projects, ensuring objectives for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are met. Maintain clear plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers to support transparency and shared understanding
Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional project teams. Partner with engineering, product, operations, supply chain, test, and other technical groups to support effective problem-solving and decision-making and communicate with clarity, empathy, and proactivity to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned
Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and risks. Provide clear and structured reporting to leadership and PMO governance forums, and share project updates, issues, and recommendations in a way that enables informed action
Identify opportunities to strengthen project delivery, streamline workflows, and enhance consistency, and drive the creation, refinement, and ownership of project-related processes, tools, and PMO initiatives. Champion disciplined, repeatable practices across the project portfolio

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree – Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field
8+ years of project management experience leading cross functional engineering or product development projects
3-5 years of experience with new product development
