Responsibilities

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business rules and requirements
Diagramming workflows
Ensuring system and business requirements are met by monitoring available metrics and collecting feedback post-implementation
Leading process improvement efforts to enhance business performance
Assisting in evaluating new technologies that may enable business success
Maintaining software and hardware multi-year agreements
Writing functional specifications and proposals
Preparing funding requests
Acting as the business subject matter expert while serving as a coach and a mentor to more junior analysts, delegating tasks as appropriate

Required

Three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience performing license management, asset management, and licensing of hardware/software contracts
