Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Proactively coordinates assigned project progress and timelines to ensure project goals and deliverables are met
Coordinates day to day project tasks
Coordinates project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope as directed by the Project Manager
Conducts post project implementation review to identify successes and opportunities for future projects
Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project teams throughout the project life cycle
Coordinates with local leadership, new providers, and corporate members of the onboarding team to ensure a seamless on-boarding process
Produces preliminary materials for internal and external dissemination and review as directed by the Project Manager
Participates in presentations as needed
Coordinate strategic short-range onboarding processes to support the organization's and practice's goals
Leads the Market Transition Calls
Maintains weekly reporting on status of providers onboarding/off-boarding etc. for leadership team in collaboration with Contract Coordinator
Submits Capital Appropriation & Project Authorization & Cost requests and coordinates the delivery or installation of capital purchases
Provides administrative support to the Project Manager
Performs other duties as assigned/required

Required

Associate's degree in business or healthcare related field is required
Minimum of One to Three years of administrative or executive assistant role in a healthcare environment is required

Preferred

A bachelor's degree or professional certification in project coordination is preferred
Three to Five years of administrative or executive assistant role in a healthcare environment is preferred
