Ability to maintain confidential information
Must have a positive attitude, be self-directed, goal oriented and career minded
Experience working in the aerospace industry is preferred but not required
Must have strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Must have a sense of urgency and accountable to results
Must be detail oriented with professional phone demeanor
Must be willing to work overtime (as requested)
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must pass pre-employment background check
Reports to work on a regular and timely basis
Light travel to support Regional Recruiting efforts

1–3 years of prior recruiting experience, preferably in aviation and/or cargo handling for hourly roles
Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills required
Ability to work onsite during regular business hours, Monday through Friday
Ability to multitask and work effectively in an open-concept office environment
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English & Spanish fluently
Preferred
Experience working in the aerospace industry is preferred but not required
College degree preferred
Familiarity with personal computer software helpful
