Farmers Insurance is searching for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Account Manager to support their top-rated agency. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are handled with care and precision while building lasting connections.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with existing clients through attentive, consistent service
Support customers with policy updates, billing questions, claims assistance, and coverage reviews
Perform regular outreach to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage to best serve each client
Clearly explain insurance products while adhering to industry compliance standards
Manage client interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems, ensuring thorough documentation
Work closely with other team members to accomplish agency goals and provide a seamless client experience

Preferred

1+ year of customer service, account management, or insurance experience

Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time efficiently
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
