Responsibilities
Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Financial Advisors through outbound calling, prospect qualification, marketing initiatives, and consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
Support marketing events and seminars, including evening workshops, on-site appointment booking, and proactive outreach to maximize conversion from prospects to clients
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline management, working independently to meet scheduling, conversion, and departmental goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-through skills, with experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or a related client acquisition role
Organizational and process management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple prospects through the full conversion lifecycle and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Education and technical skills, including a four-year college degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to work occasional evenings
