Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain various dashboards
Use SQL to derive insights and create tools to increase process efficiencies
Support the Ventra department by completing SQL data queries and analyses
Identify operational efficiencies within the Fare Systems Ventra Network that can drive meaningful customer experience enhancements for riders
Collaborate with other teams for project results
Qualification
Required
Required enrollment status: Full-time (as defined by your academic institution) in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Knowledge of and experience using data analytics tools and/or applications such as SQL, MS Excel, and PowerBI
Preferred
Preferred Major(s): Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics
Preferred Level of Education: College junior and above
