Manufacturing Engineer – Battery or Powertrain Experience Preferred

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and scaling high volume manufacturing for power electronics assemblies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure manufacturability.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced power systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to ensure manufacturability and efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve throughput, reduce defects, and lower production costs
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process standardization
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in all manufacturing processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
7+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably with components such as battery packs, battery modules, or drive units
Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, PLCs, and inline inspection
Experience with PFMEA, DoE, SPC, and precision assembly
Preferred
Supplier industrialization and equipment qualification experience
