Responsibilities

Receive and process orders from contracted selling partners
Accurately input orders into internal systems and monitor them through to completion
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely fulfillment
Serve as a point of contact for selling partners, providing updates and support as needed
Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and documentation
Handle a high volume of orders while maintaining excellent customer service
Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative work environment

Required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

Experience in customer service or order management preferred
Telecom industry experience is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with order management systems or CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
