Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Account Acquisition Producer to join their high-performing agency. The role involves generating new business, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and fostering a positive team environment while meeting individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
Conducting client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
Selling and cross-selling insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, contributing to overall agency success
Staying informed on product knowledge and compliance standards
Using CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals
Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions

Required

Previous sales experience or a proven ability to consistently achieve goals
Excellent communication skills

A coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
