Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
High School diploma or GED

Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Tech-savvy with appointment scheduling systems and data entry
Preferred
Associate's degree
1–2 years' experience in a high-volume medical call center (strongly preferred)
