Responsibilities
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of simple automated assembly machines used in the production of medical devices
Ensures continued machine operation by identifying and addressing faults
Aligning stations and fixtures when necessary
Performing basic repetitive tasks
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality
Starting up machines
Setting up work orders
Completing production documentation
Handle multiple simple machines
Follow all procedures to ensure safe and consistent operations within a cleanroom environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and follow written procedures
Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Capability to operate and monitor simple automated machines
Basic troubleshooting skills for interpreting and responding to machine faults
Attention to detail for performing inspections and completing production documentation accurately
Prior experience operating simple machines
Experience with cleanroom protocols
Computer and data entry experience
Ability to learn and operate machines quickly and efficiently
High school diploma, GED, or successful completion of Employment Assessment
Must be at least 18 years of age
