FOUR20 Premium Market is looking for passionate individuals who care about cannabis and the community. The Key Holder will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities

Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)
Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
Comfortable working independently
Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained
Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program

Required

Must be of legal age and hold a license in the province of the position
Retail and customer service experience
Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Eager to learn and develop
Ability to work at multiple locations will allow for more hours and development
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
