Operations Coordinator

TS Prosperity Group is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator. This role will analyze and oversee various transactional processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Involved in daily, monthly, quarterly and annual compliance activities for department and compliance activities for markets
Promote good client relations by providing prompt and courteous operational service on all inquiries received
Coordinate, organize, process and oversee client and compliance account needs
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn't meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management
Maintain a knowledge of accounts payable process
Prepare and process accounts payable procedures for the department
Perform monthly accounting entries and reconciliations for client accounts
Complete quarterly federal and state tax filings for client accounts
Provide customer service to clients regarding financial inquiries
Support Tax team by gathering and organizing financial documentation
Accurately and timely deliver accounts payable on a daily basis
Maintain working knowledge of the banking industry and financial operations industry
Accurately and timely process all account requests within the department
Prepare and process month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting as applicable
Research to ensure accuracy on behalf of the client. Maintain records and send claims or inquiries when appropriate to clear outstanding items
Coordinate all Community Reinvestment donations
Initiates wire requests to wire desk
Assist with asset trading, when needed
Coordination of all incoming and outgoing mail through the department
Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to perform all other duties as assigned
Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge beneficial

Required

Possess an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution with the major area of study in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance preferred
