Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
Driving: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items
Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (Light & Heavy Lifting)
Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job
Development: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
Qualification
Required
Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others
Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license
Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day
Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals
Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills
