Creative Circle is a well-known global technology client currently seeking a Freelance Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist with Optimizely DAM experience. The role focuses on organizing and classifying digital assets to support the implementation of Optimizely DAM and ensure an intuitive structure within the new environment.

Responsibilities

Organize and audit existing digital assets including images, videos, documents, and brand files
Develop and apply consistent taxonomy, tagging, and metadata standards within Optimizely DAM
Classify assets according to updated brand guidelines and naming conventions
Identify duplicates, outdated files, and assets requiring archival or removal
Ensure assets are easy to find, correctly labeled, and aligned to new brand structure
Collaborate with marketing and brand stakeholders to understand asset usage and categorization needs
Support the migration and clean-up process as assets are uploaded into the DAM

Required

Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems (Optimizely experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and file organization best practices
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of content
Experience supporting brand, marketing, or creative teams
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, short-term project environment

Preferred

Experience supporting brand guideline rollouts or rebrands
Background in marketing operations, content management, or digital production
