Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess RV and marine service needs
Write repair orders and document customer concerns
Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs
Provide clear estimates for labor and parts
Keep customers updated on repair progress and changes
Ensure service work is properly completed and closed out
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling and documentation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-first mindset and customer focus
Willingness to learn and grow
Able to adapt in a busy dealership

Stand and move throughout the dealership for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
Bend, kneel, or reach to inspect RVs
Climb in and out of RVs, boats, and truck beds
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather
Preferred
Experience in RV, marine, automotive, or service advising preferred
Basic knowledge of RV systems is a plus
