Database Coordinator, Trauma Registrar, Hybrid
Covenant Health is seeking a Database Coordinator, Trauma Registrar who will be responsible for managing trauma data and ensuring its accuracy and compliance. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support trauma care excellence and maintain certifications through the Trauma Society's Registrar Board.

Responsibilities
Collecting, curating, and transforming patient information into insights that help elevate care quality, performance, and outcomes
Coordinating the Trauma Registry
Mastering data abstraction
Collaborating with Trauma Program leadership, Process Improvement teams, and the Trauma Medical Director
Keeping systems running smoothly
Ensuring compliance with state and national guidelines
Fueling research
Supporting accreditation
Maintaining certifications through the Trauma Society’s Registrar Board
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma -OR- GED Equivalency
2 or more years of experience with data mining or data analyst projects or working medical professional with experience in related area
Preferred
Associate's Degree in a related field of study (I.E. Data Analysis, Mathematics, etc.) -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
Associate's Degree in a related field of study (I.E. LVN, EMT-P)
