Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of new features and enhancements for large-scale applications in an iterative, agile environment
Optimize and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability
Estimate and plan work as part of Agile/Scrum teams, providing technical input and guidance
Coordinate implementation and conduct thorough testing to ensure features meet functional and non-functional requirements
Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers, promoting coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end components with back-end services
Drive adoption of modern front-end frameworks, architectures, and security standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in Angular 15+
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design, including experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS)
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ features
Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architectures and server-side rendering
Solid understanding of web security best practices for front-end applications
Experience mentoring developers and leading front-end engineering efforts in enterprise environments
