Responsibilities

You will be assigned to a high-impact project, aligned with our strategic priorities:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Analyze and recommend improvements for customer retention and engagement, specifically looking at community and OMNI programs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create a GTM and experimentation plan to increase consumer loyalty
Conduct market, competitive, and customer insights research
Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with teams to support project delivery and measure impact
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Growth, Retail, and Operations
Develop strategic frameworks and business cases to support high-impact initiatives
Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or a related field with a graduation date by June 2026
Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Passion for digital strategy, e-commerce, and customer experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze data trends and create impactful presentations
Proactive & driven, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze)
Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Heap, etc)
