MaineHealth is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the management and delivery of patient care within their behavioral health services. The role involves coordinating services, managing team members, ensuring compliance, and achieving financial goals while providing leadership in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

Maintain primary accountability for the management and delivery of safe and effective patient/client care and for the day-to-day functions of the program
Share the leadership of the team and be responsible for the coordination of services
Manage team members, client/patient outcomes, design, delegation and supervision of work load, team building and for the appropriate utilization of human and fiscal resources
Work closely with management to ensure quality and compliance of clinical documentation
Be responsible for program sustainability through effective service utilization and case load management leading to the achievement of the overall financial goals
Work in a practice delivering behavioral health integration services for part of the week

Qualification

Master's degreeLCSWLCPC licenseClinical supervisory experienceManagement experienceSubstance use treatment licenseCommunity settings experience

Required

Master's degree in Social Work, psychology or related field is required
Maine State licensure to practice at the independent level of an LCSW, LCPC, or PhD. in mental health

Preferred

Additional licensure in substance use treatment is preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in community settings preferred
3+ years of clinical supervisory and management experience preferred
