Human Resources Manager
Partnership Employment is a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the Worcester area seeking an experienced HR Manager. This hands-on role supports a diverse employee population and acts as a trusted resource to leadership while managing day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers
Manage employee relations, including coaching, performance management, and issue resolution
Support recruiting and onboarding across a variety of roles
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and nonprofit best practices
Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and HRIS updates
Assist with compensation support, job descriptions, and organizational structure updates
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
Maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and reporting
Step in as a hands-on HR resource during periods of growth, transition, or change
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally from a Senior HR Generalist or similar role
Broad exposure across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance, and HR operations
Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations
Practical, approachable HR style with strong judgment and follow-through
Ability to ramp up quickly in a temporary role with long-term potential
Preferred
Prior nonprofit experience or experience in mission-driven organizations strongly preferred
