Review daily settlement folders for completion
Review and maintain weekly and monthly equity trades
Support other asset classes and complete special assignments
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, or taxation AND two (2) years of professional experience in accounting/auditing or financial internal or field auditing, where you were responsible for the full range of activities
A bachelor's degree with 24 semester credit hours in accounting, auditing, or taxation courses AND two (2) years of professional experience in accounting/auditing or financial internal or field auditing, where you were responsible for the full range of activities
A master's or higher degree in accounting, auditing, or taxation AND one (1) year of professional experience in accounting/auditing or financial internal or field auditing, where you were responsible for the full range of activities
A currently valid Certified Public Accountant license and registration issued by New York State
A bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, or taxation AND one (1) year of professional experience in accounting/auditing or financial internal or field auditing, where you were responsible for the full range of activities
A bachelor's degree with 24 semester credit hours in accounting, auditing, or taxation courses AND one (1) year of professional experience in accounting/auditing or financial internal or field auditing, where you were responsible for the full range of activities
A master's or higher degree in accounting, auditing, or taxation
A bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, or taxation
A bachelor's degree with 24 semester credit hours in accounting, auditing, or taxation courses
The full range of accounting/auditing or financial internal or field auditing must consist of the following: The design and/or review, analysis and management of accounting systems, resulting in the preparation of, or recommendations on, financial statements in accord with generally accepted accounting principles
Preferred
Ability to prepare clear, concise work papers in a highly professional manner
Ability to reconcile multiple and complex accounts
Ability to multi-task to meet changing demands of financial reporting
Ability to communicate issues, variances, solutions to multiple business partners
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to support other business functions as required by Bureau management
Accuracy, timeliness and good communication skills
