Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients on issues, business processes and implementations to ensure their business needs are met
Define and document business processes - both internal and external
Write design specifications and develop workflow charts and diagrams
Provide client support during deployment and implementation phases
Using technology to extract and manipulate data from multiple operational systems and data repositories, write and run queries to gather accurate and timely data
Qualification
Required
Highschool graduate/GED
5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role
5 years of experience defining business requirements and writing design specifications
3 years of SQL report writing experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience
3 years of experience with workflow charting and diagramming tools
Experience working in the financial services industry
Working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
