Responsibilities
Mix, test, and adjust stains, paints, glazes, and finishes to achieve precise color matches
Maintain accurate formulas and documentation for all color recipes
Evaluate color samples under various lighting conditions to ensure consistency
Track inventory of all necessary supplies
Ensure accuracy and consistency to meet quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and calibration on equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Experience in professional spraying, staining, or comparable color matching
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately
Excellent eye for color
Able to lift 40-50lbs regularly
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule
Preferred
