Responsibilities
Provide senior-level leadership and oversight for assigned technical teams, ensuring successful execution of software development, AI/ML, or application operations requirements
Lead day-to-day technical and operational activities, coordinating resources, priorities, and deliverables across the team
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for team-specific requirements, collaborating closely with program leadership and government stakeholders
Guide system development, deployment, and sustainment activities in accordance with security, performance, and operational standards
Support application operations management, including system monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify technical and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity and system reliability
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles supporting software development, AI/ML systems, or application operations
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: software engineering, AI/ML systems, or application operations management
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
U.S. Citizenship required for classified work
Preferred
Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred
