Sales Consultant for Digital Media Strategies

Responsibilities

Prospect and close new business through vertical prospecting, outreach, networking, targeted emails, cold-calling, and LinkedIn outreach
Build, manage and nurture a strong pipeline within the HubSpot CRM
Meet and exceed sales quarterly and yearly activity quotas and understand your personal funnel metrics (touches, meetings, opportunities, and revenue)
Negotiate media strategies, pricing, and deliverables in real time while balancing client objectives with internal margin and profitability guidelines
Identify creative, incremental, or value-add opportunities that enhance client outcomes without introducing additional hard costs
Identify opportunities within target verticals including healthcare, higher education, tourism, automotive, retail, B2B, and agencies
Own client relationships, in tandem with the Media Strategy team
Lead virtual and in-person sales meetings with confidence and expertise
Translate client goals into strategic media and creative recommendations
Able to interpret campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and platform reporting
Partner with media planners to ensure revenue growth and client retention
Write campaign and creative briefs and kick off internal teams
Work closely with media planning, strategy, and creative teams
Support agency partners as they onboard and scale new clients
Participate in growth strategy discussions with leadership

Required

5+ years of digital media or marketing sales experience
Proven success driving net-new business growth through outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic deal closure
Agency experience or equivalent client-side marketing experience
Demonstrated experience selling digital and/or traditional media strategies that align with client's goals and objectives
Experience selling digital media solutions in a quota-carrying role is strongly preferred
HubSpot CRM experience
Strong understanding of paid digital advertising, with hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and paid social platforms, as well as the ability to align those strategies with advanced programmatic solutions
Familiarity with the dynamics of campaign strategy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and an understanding of retrospective performance through Google Analytics
Comfortable using sales and recording tools like Loom and Fathom
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate pricing flexibility, margin considerations, and value-based tradeoffs during live client conversations
Consultative, confident, and client-focused
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
Bachelor's degree required
