They are seeking a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for executing recruiting activities focused on identifying and engaging technology consultants, managing multiple open roles, and representing the company professionally throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Execute daily recruiting activities, including sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate coordination
Use recruiting systems and tools to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain accurate records
Engage candidates through platform-appropriate messaging and follow-up
Conduct initial screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and interest
Prepare client-ready resumes and internal candidate submissions
Communicate with candidates throughout interview, offer, and decline stages
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
Follow established recruiting processes, policies, and compliance requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and practices

Required

Two or more years with technical experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
Two or more years of experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting candidate communication
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
Professional demeanor and candidate-focused communication
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and hiring needs

Preferred

Two or more years of experience recruiting technical or consulting talent
One or more years in technology, consulting, or professional services organizations
Familiarity with recruiting automation and sourcing platforms
Experience supporting distributed or remote teams
