Responsibilities

Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, particularly within the context of Digital Ecosystems
Apply deep knowledge of retail operations, including field execution, store processes, and supply chain, to inform product decisions
Champion Customer-centric thinking throughout the product lifecycle, utilizing insights to drive product discovery, validation, and continuous improvement
Lead and implement Agility core practices, fostering a collaborative and iterative development environment to deliver high-quality products efficiently
Facilitate effective Collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and other internal teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of product goals
Develop and maintain strong Partner relationship management, influencing key stakeholders and building consensus around product direction and priorities
Establish clear metrics for success, rigorously Creating and measuring impact of product features and initiatives, and using data to inform future iterations
Drive Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving and product ideation, exploring new technologies and approaches to address market opportunities
Effectively communicate product roadmaps, updates, and key decisions to diverse audiences. Champion Knowledge Sharing within the team and across the organization
Oversee and guide the Managing and optimizing design process, ensuring user experience and interface consistency and excellence
Demonstrate strong leadership in Leading through ambiguity, proactively identifying and addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment
Champion the use of Prototyping and other validation techniques to test assumptions and gather early feedback on new product concepts

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design)
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a significant track record in a Staff or equivalent leadership role
Retail Market Expertise: Leverage retail operations experience especially field execution and store-level processes
Deep understanding and practical application of Agility core practices
Demonstrated ability to drive Creativity and Innovation in product development
Exceptional Communication, Facilitation, and Influencing skills
Strong experience in Customer centric thinking and user research methodologies
Proficiency in navigating and demonstrating Digital Ecosystems
Experience in Creating and measuring impact for digital products
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and foster Collaboration
Expertise in Partner relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Experience with Prototyping and rapid iteration
Demonstrated ability in Leading through ambiguity and complex problem-solving
Experience in Managing and optimizing design processes
Prior experience in Knowledge Sharing initiatives and mentoring
Ability to contribute to Managing Performance within a team
