Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and deploy contact center solutions, including IVR, ACD, and routing profiles
Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability, security, and stability of communication tools
Diagnose and resolve technical, network, and software issues related to telephony systems (VoIP, SIP)
Connect contact center platforms with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) for enhanced data flow
Work with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Analyze call flows and agent metrics to improve customer experience (CX) and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in contact center technologies, specifically CCaaS (e.g., Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud) or on-premise systems (e.g., Cisco UCCE/UCCX)
Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, network protocols, and infrastructure
Usually 3–5+ years in a technical support or engineering role within a contact center environment
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
This role requires occasional travel
Must have reliable transportation to travel to remote locations
Must be able to lift and transport IT equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Ability to work in clinical environments, following all health and safety guidelines
