Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating engineering activities to support high-quality manufacturing processes
Support equipment maintenance, process performance tracking, and data collection
Help perform experiments and capability studies—document findings and assist in analyzing results
Support the evaluation of equipment and process improvements under supervision
Develop and update process documentation and training materials
Participate in safety, quality, and audit-related activities, supporting continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process projects, including new product introductions and upgrades
Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
Support daily manufacturing activities and ongoing process troubleshooting
Communicate findings and progress to team members and supervisors

Required

Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields
Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
Strong interest in process engineering and manufacturing
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Effective communicator and collaborator
Willingness to work on-site during regular business hours
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future
