Qualification
Required

Knowledge of property insurance policies, local building codes, and repair cost estimation
Proficiency in oral and written communication for interaction with clients, policyholders, and team members
Proficiency with tools and technologies such as claims management software, estimation tools, and digital reporting
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a case load effectively
A valid adjuster's license and willingness to travel within assigned areas as needed
Reliable transportation
