Vice President of Revenue Cycle Outsourcing

Responsibilities
Serve as executive lead for full outsource clients, managing the transition of entire hospital back-end RCM operations to RSi
Oversee discovery, due diligence, and workstream planning for client go-lives, including staffing, data integration, compliance, and systems alignment
Design and execute 90/180/365-day transition plans, including legacy staff absorption or replacement, system access, and work distribution
Own performance against client SLAs, margin targets, and satisfaction metrics, and lead QBRs and executive status meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal operational, IT, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop scalable playbooks and standard operating procedures for future outsource engagements
Continuously evaluate the outsourcing strategy for opportunities to improve quality, reduce cost, and expand client value
Take ownership of revenue cycle KPIs across client engagements, including Days in AR, DNFB (Discharged Not Final Billed), Clean Claim Rate, First Pass Resolution Rate, and Bad Debt Write-Offs; ensure trending toward client targets within 180 days of go-live
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership, including direct experience with full outsource/enterprise RCM models
Proven ability to lead complex transitions of hospital RCM functions to a third-party vendor
Strong understanding of hospital billing, collections, payment posting, denials, and payer contracting
Experience managing both internal and legacy client staff through change and performance transformation
Ability to communicate and influence effectively at the C-suite level
Track record of meeting operational SLAs and driving financial performance in client-facing roles
