Responsibilities
Provide leadership, support, and guidance for Power Tool Categories and Engineering
Partner with business leaders to analyze monthly activity, build monthly forecasts, and communicate results to finance, and Power Tool leadership team
Work with cross functional departments to develop strategic product and customer road map
Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes, and models to provide meaningful information to internal customers
Develop peer relationships with other BU category leaders to drive consistency in reporting, analysis, and operational procedures and rhythm
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous process improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple processes and prioritize appropriately
Assist in preparation of rolling 18 month forecast
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of finance/accounting experience
Critical thinking, strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Able to effectively communicate with all levels and functions within the organization, both Finance and Non-Finance (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)
Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel knowledge
Self-motivated
Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
