Part-Time Sr. Administrative Assistant - Office of the CEO, Seattle Headquarters

The part-time Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the office of the CEO and Strategic Engagement Initiatives team.

Responsibilities
Provides a wide range of event support. Records minutes at planning meetings. Plans and collects information on event logistics including participant scheduling, location, virtual meeting requirements and agenda. Assists in the creation of conference materials, project plans and timelines
Assists Strategic Engagement & Initiatives team in research and development of reports and preparation of documents. Collaborates with the Communications work unit to coordinate production of collateral materials for conferences and events. Provides assistance with ad hoc projects
Provides support for various projects to include research for the CEO, communications with select partners, United Way Annual Campaign, and the annual holiday luncheon as well as other ad-hoc meetings
Provides general office support, including ordering supplies, arranging travel, calendar support, and uploading and monitoring approved contracts and requests into Casey Family Programs’ contract management system
Assists work unit staff with financial processes including invoices, employee expense reports, and credit card reconciliations. Ensures compliance with Casey’s financial policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
An associate's degree and at least 3 years of administrative support experience are required. Working experience in a similar role may be substituted for a degree
Strong organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills are needed
A broad knowledge of computer software is required
Proven success in working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment is required
Ability to protect the confidentiality of sensitive information by learning and following all relevant policies and protocols and using sound judgment in the handling and sharing of that information
Physical requirements include the ability to lift and reach for light objects; close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, text, and figures; ability to type utilizing a computer keyboard; ability to travel to outside locations; and the ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time as a primary job function
Local travel as well as occasional out-of-town travel may be required. Driving on Casey business may require use of personal vehicle; adherence to vehicle safety guidelines and qualification for insurance is required
Preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
