This internship offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field operations while collaborating with various team members on essential tasks.

Responsibilities
Join team members on jobsite surveys to assist in data gathering and recording, as well and organizing pictures, notes in job folders
Organizing and consolidating submittal packages
Drawings, PO requisitions schedules
Collecting and organizing customer, vendor meeting minutes
Delivery of small local materials to job sites
Safety equipment ordering
Customer meeting packet preparation (printing out of meeting minutes, latest schedule, open drawings to be approved, etc.)
Assist in creating template for recoding status of all rigging equipment (location and certification date, monthly technician/adjuster CADI update status)
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably with a concentration in Project Management, Data, Business, or technical field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; competitive spirit, ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Applications – specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, Teams and DocuSign
Self-motivated, strong organizational and prioritization skills
