The Install Inspection & Compliance Coordinator will support the install operations by ensuring compliance in various areas of the install process and managing the onboarding of new install partners.

Responsibilities
Ensure new Install Partner paperwork compliance and completion
Validate that all required documents are received and correctly completed
Enter new crews into the company systems
Monitor crew information for expiring insurance or other requirements
Communicate with management and crews if additional information is needed
Ensure additional requests for payment by install partners are processed timely and accurately
Enter project add-ons into the company system for review and approval
Confirm that all additional work has been properly recorded and authorized
Ensure payment is processed for the additional work completed
Ensure installer compliance with job completion requirements
Ensure final job photos are uploaded
Ensure completed lead forms are uploaded
Ensure any other supporting documents are uploaded
Complete system required entry tasks to ensure installation partners receive approval for payment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience in an administrative role
Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft, data entry, email, etc
Must be highly detail oriented
Must have strong organizational and follow up skills
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and install partners
Must have basic math skills: must have the ability to calculate job costs
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in the home improvement industry
Experience in a compliance-related role in which validating information was involved
