Performance Management Supervisor

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a Performance Management Supervisor I to lead a team in personnel management and progressive discipline. Responsibilities

Supervises and directs a team of professional staff in addressing all areas of personnel management and progressive discipline
Works in partnership with Legal counsel, Equal Employment Opportunity officer, Health and Safety officer, and department leaders to ensure consistent and appropriate application of disciplinary resolutions to employee problems
Works in partnership with the Human Resources Branch (HRB) management team on matters of mutual concern and to enhance HRB processes and service programs
