Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete project reports and deliverables
Maintain project documentation and organize network per the Project Manager’s request
Distribute documents to internal and external parties
Assist with / lead invoice substantiation process
Track the risk review process and maintain the necessary paperwork throughout a project
Assist with labor tracking and forecasting
Communicate with Purchasing and outside vendors to order and expedite material
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
Manage flow of information to project management systems and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent—or equivalent work experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Three (3) years of experience in administrative function or business environment preferred
Prior construction administration experience preferred
