Human Resources Administrative Assistant
DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support daily HR operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding and payroll support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases accurately
Support payroll processes, including missed punch forms and status changes
Track PTO, attendance, and personnel changes
Assist with benefits enrollment, audits, and compliance documentation
Schedule meetings, trainings, and HR-related appointments
Respond to employee inquiries and direct concerns appropriately
Ensure confidentiality of all employee and company information
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
Perform other duties as assigned by HR leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Previous administrative or HR experience preferred
Hospitality experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
