Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary scheduling contact for providers, therapists, and facilitators
Manage daily schedules in the EMR and supporting tracking systems
Monitor communication platforms and respond to schedule changes in real time
Collaborate with leadership to optimize clinical coverage and efficiency
Ensure appointment frequency aligns with payer and regulatory requirements
Support telehealth sessions and administrative workflows
Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of administrative assistant experience, including one year of experience in health care, preferred
Attainment of at least 18 years of age
Health Screening with Negative TB Test Results
Current Basic Life Support Certification-First Aid/CPR
Valid Government ID
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and healthcare management/EMR systems
Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and procedures
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs

Some college preferred
