The Marketing Events Coordinator role involves supporting the planning and execution of global events to engage clients and enhance Bain’s market presence through collaboration with the Global Marketing team.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning and delivery of Bain-hosted events (virtual and in-person)
Support key aspects of event planning including logistics, budgeting, and venue sourcing
Help prepare event materials, timelines, and branding assets
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution
Gather feedback and track results to support continuous improvement
Research and gather details on relevant industry conferences
Support logistics for Bain’s participation (registrations, travel, branding materials)
Work with internal teams to support preparation of content and engagement plans
Help track budgets and expenses
Share new ideas, tools, or trends that could improve the team’s event delivery
Apply Bain’s event standards and best practices to your work
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Event Management, Communications or related field)
1–2 years of relevant experience (event support, marketing, project coordination)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
Willingness to travel (~20-30%)
