Responsibilities
Leads and identifies continuous improvement recommendations for our IT ways of working and presents effectively to senior and executive management and global teams
Helps to drive IT strategic planning and the execution of strategy events including an IT strategy cascade and IT strategy summits with the objective of connecting strategy to execution
Presents and leads meetings with the business and development teams. Communicates with senior leaders for understanding and execution of cross functional complex processes and applications to solve for requirements
Provides recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems in the scope of IT Operational Excellence
Partners with business teams to develop ways to investigate business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning
Establishes and oversees tooling, processes and training curriculum for our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) management system to bridge strategy and execution
Serves as a resource to colleagues, mentors and helps improve the team’s abilities around all IT ways of working
Leads the planning, conducting and documenting of user stories, user feedback. Effectively communicates feedback with senior leaders for technology and process improvement
Monitors industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IT
Leads the development, execution, and creation of the cross functional testing strategy communicating with all stakeholders for technology delivery as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred, related field or equivalent experience required
Five (5) or more years of relevant experience to include leading change management initiatives is required
Experience working with multiple levels of leadership, including senior leadership is required
Preferred
Experience with Strategic Planning and management systems or methods like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is preferred
Experience utilizing performance improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred
