They are seeking a Contact Center Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service, handle patient inquiries, and perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Have the highest quality customer service on the phone
Determine patient needs and direct them appropriately
Receive, answer, and respond to telephone calls from patients and their representatives
Perform data entry of demographic and insurance information
Schedule and register patients, including accurately collecting required data
Answer questions and give information on the telephone within the scope of practice. Refer all other questions to the specified departments as needed
Update new insurance information as received
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service. Healthcare experience is preferred. Electronic health record (EHR) experience is a plus
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping a professional and calm composure
Computer proficiency and ability to use applicable software as required to perform the essential functions of the job
Recommended vaccines to include annual Influenza
