Content Marketing Manager
Real Synch is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead the content engine during the initial phase of their marketing buildout. This role involves developing and executing content strategies, managing SEO at the content level, and overseeing the production and distribution of various content types to enhance the company's authority in real estate and technology.

Responsibilities
Build and own the content strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
Define content pillars supporting founder authority, product education, and search demand
Maintain a rolling backlog of 30+ ready-to-produce ideas
Decide what gets created, in what format, and where it lives
Pull content ideas from: Founder conversations and recordings, Internal meetings and product strategy, Sales, customer, and support insights
Turn raw ideas into structured content concepts
Outline and script short-form and long-form content efficiently
Own SEO at the content level (not deep technical SEO)
Perform keyword research to identify: High-intent topics, Long-tail opportunities, Content gaps
Plan and produce SEO-driven content such as: Blog posts, Show notes, Pillar pages, Repurposed long-form content optimized for search
Ensure all long-form content aligns with search intent and basic SEO best practices
Track performance of SEO content and iterate based on results
Plan efficient recording sessions with the founder
Prepare prompts, outlines, and agendas in advance
Ensure each recording session produces multiple usable assets
Keep founder recording time capped at 60–90 minutes per week
Manage production and publishing of: 3–5 short-form clips per week, 1 long-form video or podcast episode per week, Supporting written and SEO content
Repurpose content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the website
Maintain consistent brand voice, clarity, and quality
Help launch and manage the founder’s podcast
Book or manage 2–5 podcast appearances per month (or maintain a qualified pipeline)
Manage outreach, follow-ups, and tracking
Ensure long-form content is distributed and discoverable
Build and maintain content calendars, SEO trackers, and production workflows
Own deadlines and delivery without constant oversight
Continuously improve speed, quality, and output consistency

Strong in content strategy, SEO-driven content planning, short-form and long-form workflows, podcast production or booking, project management
Preferred
Experience with Descript, Riverside, SquadCast, Zoom recording
Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent
Experience with YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok publishing
Experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, or similar)
Experience with Notion, Airtable, or content tracking tools
A short Loom (2–4 minutes) explaining how you would build our content + SEO engine in your first 30 days
