Vice President, Growth Enablement -REMOTE
TrueSeek is a national, mission-driven healthcare services organization seeking a Vice President, Growth Enablement to lead sales enablement and growth initiatives. This role involves developing sales frameworks, optimizing processes, and collaborating with various teams to enhance market expansion and service diversification.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale the Sales Center of Excellence, delivering enterprise-wide sales enablement frameworks
Own development and deployment of sales playbooks, training programs, and performance standards
Support brands in optimizing sales processes, CRM usage, KPI reporting, and pipeline visibility
Partner with marketing to align brand messaging with field outreach and referral strategies
Advise on sales planning, market prioritization, and go-to-market strategies for growth initiatives
Use data and analytics to improve referral conversion, execution consistency, and ROI
Qualification
Required
10+ years in sales enablement, growth enablement, or sales operations leadership
Experience building enterprise enablement programs at scale
CRM and data-driven performance management expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Strong background in referral-driven or field-based growth models (healthcare or multi-site services preferred)
Master's preferred
