Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace. They are seeking an Information Technology Specialist to evaluate and implement IT strategy and solutions for several Eataly USA locations, providing advice to upper-level management about IT needs and structure.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements standard operating procedures and service level agreements

Manages IT projects from start to finish

Advises management regarding and supports IT infrastructure and other needs for several Eataly USA locations (stores and Corporate office)

Supports implementation of technology during new store openings and new store system implementation initiatives

Manages services for the day-to-day POS systems and ensures performance and stability of in-stores POS applications

Provides support and resolution to customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner

Analyzes system issues, provides resolutions and is integral in development and enhancement of IT systems

Performs other duties as required or assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

+ 3 years of related IT experience

Specialized knowledge in computer systems analysis

Outstanding time management and organization skills
