Responsibilities

Attract, motivate, retain and coach a group of high performing Executive Directors and divisional leadership teams
Develop and execute the strategic business plans that optimize each community in the portfolio
Oversight and development of community operating budgets and performance plans
Monitoring sales performance
Implementation of effective operation systems and processes
Maintenance of effective communication strategies within the region
Champion your region and ensure that the team embraces the vision, mission, and vibrancy of the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, geriatrics, health care, hospitality or a related field and a minimum of eight years of progressive management experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to connect and communicate effectively, in English, with diverse populations
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead people and get results through others
Will be currently located in a commutable distance to the New Jersey Region, or is willing to relocate to this area
Ability to analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources and to apply reason, logic, and advanced problem solving skills to resolve complex issues
Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and execute complex, strategic business plans
Ability to both work collaboratively and to make independent decisions as appropriate
Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to prioritize, organize and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly master new software applications
Strong customer orientation to older adults
Compliance with state licensing requirements (where applicable)

Preferred

Experience with multi-site management and working in senior living is preferable, but would be open to other backgrounds
